The policy of cultural creative industries is regarded as an important contributor to accelerate economic growth and employment creation in Taiwan. Developing cultural creative products is crucial for expressing cultural values, establishing brand images, and creating business value. This study proposes a novel design process model for developing cultural creative products, which was tested and applied via a realistic case study, i.e. designing a lamp from kelp. The case study was conducted through a practice-based research approach, i.e. research through design (Schneider, 2007). A series of workshops were carefully organised to form a structured design decision-making process for conducting the case study, in which 31 novice designers as participants had to make critical decisions in the end of every workshop. Three different data collection methods were simultaneously applied during the workshops: observation, research diary, and interviews. It was demonstrated that the proposed design process model could facilitate the efficiency of design project and guide the participants to being identifying and using proper design methods to deal with different design issues in different phases. The study's outcomes indicate the effectiveness of the design process model, making it a valuable reference for developing various types of cultural creative products.

Stock trading market fluctuated wildly, which affect a country's economic and business operation. One of the important factor in stock trading system is price change limit, in the case of Taiwan is 7 percent ups and downs per day. Nowadays stock price change limit is set by the government, and that is based on the economic development of the country, but this price change limit is not the same with business's view point. Basically business is a private owned property, and the authority of business have to responsible for the performance of operation. Release part control right of the price change limit to business by an innovation management way, which method allow companies decide 1 to 2 percent ups and downs price change limit, but this rate is still under the control of government. Innovation stock trading system will activate the trading of stock market.

Objective The current paper conducted two parallel studies to explore user experiences of well-being conversational agents (CAs) and identify important features for engagement. Background Students transitioning into university life take on greater responsibility, yet tend to sacrifice healthy behaviors to strive for academic and financial gain. Additionally, students faced an unprecedented pandemic, leading to remote courses and reduced access to healthcare services. One tool designed to improve healthcare accessibility is well-being CAs. CAs have addressed mental health support in the general population but have yet to address physical well-being support and accessibility to those in disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds where healthcare access is further limited. Method Study One comprised a thematic analysis of mental health applications featuring CAs from the public forum, Reddit. Study Two explored emerging usability themes of an SMS-based CA designed to improve accessibility to well-being services alongside a commercially available CA, Woebot. Results Study One identified several themes, including accessibility and availability, communication style, and anthropomorphism as important features. Study Two identified themes such as user response modality, perceived CA role, question specificity, and conversation flow control as critical for user engagement. Conclusion Various themes emerged from individuals' experiences regarding CA features, functionality, and responses. The mixed experiences relevant to the communication and conversational styles between the CA and the user suggest varied motivations for using CAs for mental and physical well-being. Application Practical recommendations to encourage continued use include providing dynamic response modalities, anthropomorphizing the chatbot, and calibrating expectations early.
